Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following routes for the most common San Miguel County requests:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

The public counter is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The courthouse is closed to the public Friday, so Friday callers and people with a scheduled Friday appearance should phone the court.
